OCR: Rulers Rulers toggles the on-screen rulers on and off. In the "Preferences' dialog box, you specify inches, decimal inches, millimeters, picas, or ciceros as the rulers unit of measure. You can also specify custom increments for the vertical ruler. The rulers must be turned on in order to use 'Snap to rulers. Screen redraw is auicker when the rulers are turned off.
